	Management Dynamics Appoints Raymond Yuen to its Board of Directors
	EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, January 31, 2006 -- Management Dynamics, a leading provider of global trade management solutions, today announced the appointment of Raymond Yuen to the company’s board of directors. A leading expert in global trade and logistics management, Yuen will provide advice and strategic guidance to Management Dynamics as it continues to expand its presence in the Asian market. Yuen recently retired from John Swire & Sons Limited based in Beijing, China as the Director and Chief Representative. Swire & Sons is the privately owned parent company of the Swire Group which is a diversified multinational company whose core businesses in the Asia Pacific region include aviation, manufacturing, shipping, real estate, and marine services. In addition to serving on the Management Dynamics board, Yuen also sits on the boards of John Swire & Sons, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, and Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited. Mr. Yuen began his long and distinguished career with Swire & Sons as a management trainee in 1968 after graduation from Hong Kong University. He held various executive management positions in the group’s Cathay Pacific Airlines division, including Cargo Manager, Head Office; General Manager, Taiwan; General Manager, Hong Kong International Airport; and Route General Manager, Southeast Asia, India, and Middle East. Throughout his career, Mr. Yuen has made significant contributions to build Cathay Pacific into the region’s most admired airline.
