EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, May 27, 2011 -- Management Dynamics, a leading provider of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions, today announced that it has appointed Richard Darer to its Board of Directors. Mr. Darer brings over 25 years of financial and operations experience as a senior executive and CFO to Management Dynamics' Board.

Mr. Darer currently provides advisory services to high growth technology companies, counseling on financial and operational frameworks. In his most recent operating roles, he helped two companies scale to almost $100 million each in business volumes, leading Unica through its IPO and driving a strategic sale of Gomez.

Mr. Darer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in industrial engineering from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in mathematics from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
