Customer Service Specialist
Location: Shanghai, China, Asia Pacific

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer care by responding to questions in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent and prompt service to incoming customer inquiries, by actively listening to customer's requests
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every interaction that result in measurable value
  • Maintain customer issue management system and update internal knowledge base according to it
  • Generate issue report according to customer’s request and review it regularly
  • Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
  • Serve as liaison with other departments to provide a seamless service experiencProactive emphasis on completing end to end service experience

Qualifications:

  • Service Request Log
  • Change Request for User Requirements
  • College degree or above diploma in International Trade or, IT or related field
  • 1-3 years of import/export/IT related work experience
  • Be patient, positive and strong customer satisfaction oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to deal with situations with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy

Senior Software Engineer (JAVA)

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for both users and internal reference
  • Gather user requirements
  • Prototyping
  • System analysis & design
  • Code implementation & Bug fixing
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting/ debugging for projects
  • Provide user training and system installation
  • Customer / UAT / Rollout / Internal support
  • Project demo

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • 2-4 year experience in software development
  • Knowledge in J2EE, STRUTS, VB, SQL and RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server and DB2
  • Knowledge and skills in XML and Java development
  • Preferred, Experience in OO-design using UML and administrate application server such as JBoss, WebSphere and WebLogic
  • Preferred, Familiar with Rational Unified Process (RUP) or other equivalent quality standard & development methodology
  • Knowledge in EDI X12 ANSI & EDIFACT standard
  • Experience in Mapforce tool is preferred
