The Annapolis Marriott Waterfront Hotel is located at the intersection of St. Mary’s Street and Compromise Street. We are in the historic district and are only two blocks away from the US Naval Academy and all the unique little shops of historic Annapolis.

Eastbound
When heading east on Rt 50 from Washington, DC, exit at Rt. 70 Rowe Blvd. (Exit 24). Make a right onto Rowe Blvd. and follow until the road splits. Stay to the left and you will be on Northwest Street. Continue until it ends at Church Circle. Go half way around the circle and then turn right at the light onto Duke of Gloucester (in between the Maryland Inn and Bank of America). Continue down Duke of Gloucester and then turn left onto St. Mary’s Street (4th street on left). The Hotel is at the end of the street.

Westbound
When heading west on Rt 50 from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, exit at Rt. 70 Rowe Blvd. (Exit 24A). Make a right onto Rowe Blvd. and follow until the road splits. Stay to the left and you will be on Northwest Street. Continue until it ends at Church Circle. Go half way around the circle and then turn right at the light onto Duke of Gloucester (in between the Maryland Inn and Bank of America). Northbound
When heading north on I-95 from Richmond, merge onto the Washington Beltway (east towards Baltimore). Take Rt. 50 east to Annapolis (Exit 19) and stay on Rt 50 for about 20 miles. Exit at Rt. 70 Rowe Blvd (exit 24A). Make a right onto Rowe Blvd and follow until the road splits. Stay to the left and you will be on Northwest Street. Continue until it ends at Church Circle. When heading south on I-95 from Philadelphia towards Baltimore, take I-895 the Harbor Tunnel (Toll road $1.00). Stay on I-895 for about 12 miles and then take the exit to I-97 towards Annapolis. Stay on I-97 for about 20 miles until I-97 merges into Rt. 50 east towards the Bay Bridge. Stay on Rt. 50 east for about 1 mile and then exit at Rt. 70 Rowe Blvd (Exit 24A). Make a right onto Rowe Blvd and follow until the road splits. Stay to the left and you will be on Northwest Street. Continue until it ends at Church Circle. When heading south on I-83 from Harrisburg towards Baltimore, take I-695 west and stay on I-695 for about 20 miles. Take the exit to I-97 towards Annapolis (Exit 4 on left) and stay on for about 20 miles until I-97 merges into Rt 50 east towards the Bay Bridge.
